Excellent as always Ed. I do wonder if Man City’s action is simply a legal strategy dreamt up by high power lawyers. How do we settle the 115 charges at minimal cost? Go nuclear and threaten to blow the doors off. The end goal is for both actions to be offset and Man City to end up with a fine or similar slap on the wrist in exchange for dropping this action. The risk of course is that you blow up the whole PL truck, if I follow through on my Italian Job analogy. I really don’t see any alternative other than a grubby settlement behind closed doors.
